Here at Upscale Furniture, we do our best to provide top-notch service to all of our customers. Due to the expense of shipping rates of furniture items, we do not offer shipping furniture at this time. The freight rates to get it shipped out can be looked up for you if you want to explore shipping furniture items but we cannot calculate those rates doing an online order, so if you would like to explore shipping options for furniture, please feel free to call us at 252-455-9009.
We do ship all other items offered in our store- home decor, bedding, wall art, etc.
For our local NC & VA customers, you can choose to have your order delivered (additional delivery fees do apply). The Delivery Fee is based on location and does include full delivery and set-up. Please call us to place your order if you would like your items delivered.
*Should you need to have existing furniture removed during your delivery, that service is available as well for an additional removal fee.
